Join Our Team as a Customer Service Representative I
Location: Auburn Hourly Rate: $18.00-$21.50 per hour
Schedule: Tuesday - Friday 9:30-6:30 & Saturday 8:00-5:00

What You'll Do Be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, mail, and chat. Provide accurate information about our products and services. Resolve customer concerns with empathy and efficiency. Update customer records and ensure data accuracy. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Stay informed about our latest products, promotions, and services. Support your teammates and contribute to a fun, respectful work environment. Take on additional responsibilities as needed-your growth is our priority! What We're Looking For A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine desire to help others. Strong communication skills-both written and verbal. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and follow instructions. A team player who's ready to pitch in and go the extra mile. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. At least 1 year of customer service experience (or similar environment). Comfortable using Microsoft Office and navigating computer systems. Basic math skills and the ability to think on your feet. Willingness to learn and grow with us! Physical & Work Environment You'll be on your feet often, interacting with customers and team members.
