Customer Service Representative

Hiring a Customer Service Representative to support a busy service office in Boonsboro, MD. This is a part-time, temporary role with consistent weekday hours and a supportive team environment.

Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 12:00 PM

Pay: $16.50/hr

Location: Boonsboro, MD

What You'll Do:

• Answer inbound calls and schedule service appointments
• Determine the nature of the call and route or resolve appropriately
• Support the office team with dispatching and general administrative tasks

• 23 years of customer service experience (trades industry a plus)
