Customer Experience Coordinator
As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you'll be the friendly, reliable point of contact for customershelping them navigate their service requests and ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. You'll work closely with both customers and internal teams, coordinating field service activities, providing helpful updates, and making sure each customer feels supported and informed. Serve as the main connection between customers and service teams, coordinating field service requests with care and accuracy. Log and manage customer inquiries, ensuring all details are clear and up to date. Provide timely service estimates and job quotations to help customers make confident decisions. Track ongoing work orders and communicate updates through the customer portal or direct outreach. Use Microsoft CRM and ERP tools to manage customer information and service workflows. Generate reports, support daily tasks, and balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Essential Skills
Familiarity with ERP and CRM systemsexperience with Microsoft Dynamics and Navision is a plus. Strong customer service mindset with excellent administrative and organizational skills. Experience with order processing, scheduling, or project coordination (1+ year preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Additional Skills
Understanding of purchase orders, RMAs, and invoicing processes. Ability to adapt in a growing, evolving company. Eagerness to learn, contribute, and build a meaningful career path. Work Environment

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of Lake Forest, CA. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
