Customer Service Representative

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Glendora, California. In this contract to permanent position, you will act as the vital connection between our medical community customers and internal departments, ensuring seamless communication and providing exceptional service. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, learn about a diverse product line, and contribute to company-wide initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Handle high volumes of incoming calls related to orders, inquiries, and payments with professionalism and efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels, shipping timelines, and customer priorities to ensure a strategic approach to service delivery.
• Maintain and update customer information in the company's Customer Relationship Management and Oracle JD Edwards software systems.
• Collaborate with various departments including Sales, Accounting, Inventory Management, Quality Assurance, Marketing, and Shipping to provide comprehensive support.
• Serve as a backup for processing international orders as needed.
• Assist in completing company-wide projects and initiatives to support organizational goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or order management environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to address sensitive situations professionally.
• Organized and adaptable, capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with various personalities.
• Experience in handling inbound and outbound calls, data entry, and email correspondence.
• Ability to schedule appointments and manage order entry processes efficiently.
