Customer Service Representative – Asheville, NC

When you’re part of the team at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you’ll do important work, like helping customers in finding cures for cancer, protecting the environment or making sure our food is safe. Your work will have real-world impact, and you’ll be supported in achieving your career goals.

How will you make an impact?

Provide excellent customer service to maintain overall customer satisfaction and customer allegiance. Typical working hours will be 8a - 5p, Monday through Friday. Note: After training is completed, and a 90-day trial of being on the floor, the representative will be able to work remotely 4 days a week and on-site 1 day each week.
