Responsibilities: • Handle complaints, present appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the timeframes set, and follow up to ensure that the issue has been resolved • Follow-up on client interactions in a thorough manner to ensure customer satisfaction • Make accurate modifications to consumer policies depending on the information supplied • Validate client insurance coverage and present policyholders with proof of insurance documents • Assist the sales team by following up with customers for required documentation, submitting documents to underwriting, mailing policy packages, etc. Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED equivalent needed • Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software • Prior work in a customer-facing position or customer service role is required • Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills • A general understanding of insurance policies and schedules is preferred • Hold an active 4-40 (Insurance Customer Service Representative license) or are willing to obtain one within the first 30 days of employment BENEFITS • Once 4-40 insurance licensed, eligible to receive commission on policies sold, in addition to your base pay • Work/life balance ( predictable schedule , NO nights , NO weekends ) • Paid time off • Paid holidays observed by the Agency • Eligibility to participate in contests, promotions and events • Paid training Our team works from our state-of-the-art office in Miramar, where all the tools needed are provided. This is an in-office position, with hours of operation of Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm. Compensation: $15 - $16 hourly
