Responsibilities

Client Interaction: Engage warmly with clients via phone, email and in-person, addressing inquiries and offering resolutions.

Account Management: Assist clients in managing their accounts, ensuring information accuracy, up-to-date records and timely response.

Problem Resolution: Actively listen to client concerns and provide effective and timely solutions.

Team Support: Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations by adhering to standard workflows, processes and real time documentation of client interactions.

Communication: Articulate insurance policy provisions, premiums and requirements accurately, clearly and timely to clients.

Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor.


Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, or insurance industry experience equivalent is required.

Experience: A minimum of 1 year of customer service or sales experience, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients.

Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities and de-escalation skills to manage customer concerns.

Customer Focus: Dedicated to providing top-notch customer service with a positive attitude.

Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry and client information management.

Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and database management software.
