The schedule for this position is as follows. If you can not work this particular schedule, please do not apply. Wednesday 12pm-6pm, Thursday, Friday & Saturday 6am-6pm.

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is a front-of-house, office-based role. This is not a physical warehouse role like a Shipping & Receiving Clerk or Forklift Operator. While candidates may have some shipping/receiving in their background, they must also have CSR/Dispatcher-type experience to be considered a fit. What a Strong CSR Candidate Looks Like (Must-Haves): Direct driver interaction → check-in/out, dock assignments, enforcing safety, handling driver issues. WMS experience (Synapse, M2K, SAP, or comparable) → creating, managing, and closing inbound/outbound orders (not just scanning/printing). Inbound & outbound flow management → experience handling both simultaneously. Order/documentation accuracy → generating/printing BOLs, verifying shipments, real-time order closure. Communication skills → first point of contact for drivers and operations, confident escalating issues. Problem-solving under pressure → ability to keep trucks moving even when schedules, paperwork, or product issues arise.

Candidates must demonstrate prior CSR, Dispatcher, or Logistics Coordinator experience — or shipping/receiving experience where they were directly responsible for driver interaction + order management in WMS.
