A TEKsystems client, a National Insurance Provider is interested in hiring Long Term Customer Service Associate to their team onsite in Liberty Lake, Washington! The team is interested in Candidates with Customer Service, Sales, and Call Center experience!

Description

Assists customers with new and existing claims

Promotes participation of our client’s preferred provider programs and services when applicable

Provides telephone coverage in accordance with position description

Adheres to the standards put forth in call strength audit guidelines

Actively works to increase product knowledge – utilizes KM and resources from the SCO Intranet pages

Meets performance and dependability expectations as outlined by management

Contributes to a positive and respectful environment that fuels engagement

May be called upon to handle additional duties as required

Skills & Qualifications

Secure and maintain state and non-resident licenses

Regular evening, weekend and holiday coverage as dictated by business needs

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43105.65 - $43105.65/yr.
