As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the voice of our company, handling inbound customer service calls for our valued credit card customers with professionalism and care.
Your Impact in This Role:
Create positive experiences for customers through friendly, efficient service
Process balance transfers and payments with accuracy and attention to detail
Answer questions about interest rates and account features with confidence
Help customers redeem cashback bonuses and maximize their card benefits
Guide customers through new card activation processes
Update and maintain accurate account information
Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
Job Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required
Genuine enthusiasm for helping others and delivering exceptional customer service
Natural ability to connect with customers and build rapport quickly over the phone
Strong verbal and written communication skills that convey clarity and professionalism
Efficient keyboarding/typing skills to navigate systems while maintaining conversation
Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a goal-oriented environment
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Flexibility to work various schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed
