Kelly Hagar State Farm is seeking a dependable and personable Customer Service Representative to support our clients and ensure they receive top-tier care and guidance. As the first point of contact for policyholders, you will play a vital role in maintaining strong relationships, resolving inquiries efficiently, and helping clients feel confident and supported. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to build a long-term career in the insurance industry.

What You'll Do

Provide exceptional service by answering phone calls, responding to emails, and assisting walk-in clients with insurance questions and policy updates.
Handle policy changes, billing inquiries, document requests, and follow-up communications with accuracy and professionalism.
Support the sales team by identifying customer needs and offering additional products or services when appropriate.
Maintain detailed and organized client records in our agency's CRM system.
Troubleshoot and resolve client concerns quickly and positively.
Participate in training sessions to stay current on product knowledge and agency procedures.

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in customer service, administration, or client-facing roles is preferred.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a dynamic environment.
Comfortable using CRM systems, email, and standard office software.
A positive attitude, team spirit, and a desire to help people.
Willingness to pursue a Property & Casualty license, if not already licensed.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year (based on experience and licensing status)
