Position Overview: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license and either possess a Life and Health (L&H) license or be willing to obtain one. This role involves providing outstanding customer service, problem-solving complex insurance issues, and limited sales responsibilities, including identifying gaps in clients' insurance coverage and recommending appropriate policies.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide excellent customer service to existing and prospective clients. Analyze and resolve insurance-related inquiries that may involve multiple moving parts. Identify coverage gaps and recommend suitable insurance solutions to clients. Collaborate effectively within a small team environment. Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality. Assist with general administrative duties as needed. QUALIFICATIONS: Valid Property and Casualty insurance license required. Life and Health license preferred or willingness to obtain promptly. Outgoing personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a small team. Reliable attendance and commitment to a consistent work schedule. Must be willing to work on-site in Medina, Ohio. Benefits: Competitive salary.
