About the Role: As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Melanie Villeneuve - State Farm Agent, you will create exceptional customer experiences that support the growth of our successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service expertise, and genuine desire to help make you a valuable part of our team. This is an in-person position based in California.
You will resolve customer inquiries, coordinate with agency team members, and anticipate the needs of the community members you serve. We offer internal growth opportunities for motivated and sales-minded individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide detailed policy information.
Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
Process insurance claims and conduct timely follow-ups.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of direct insurance agency experience required.
Must hold a valid California Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
