ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team as a Customer Service Representative. We seek an energetic professional interested in helping to service and grow our customer base. You will service State Farm Insurance products over the phone and in-person.

PAY: $30,000-40,000

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
  • Establish customer relationships and find the best State Farm product to help our customers.
  • Assist customers with billing inquiries.
  • Help customers with policy coverage changes and other required needs.

  • Do I have to get licensed? We hire qualified candidates unlicensed. All training materials and exam fees are covered and no cost to you. You'll be provided guidance and time in-office to study.
