What You’ll Do

Provide friendly and timely service to customer inquiries

Assist clients with policy updates, billing questions, and claims

Maintain accurate client records and documentation

Work closely with agents to ensure excellent customer experiences

Identify opportunities to better serve clients and support retention

Help clients navigate insurance options once licensed

What You Bring

Customer service or sales experience (bookstore, retail, hospitality, etc.)

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable multitasking

Positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow

Licensed or Willing to Obtain – Must meet state insurance licensing requirements (we’ll help guide you through the process)
