Responsibilities:
Efficiently handle inbound service inquiries from new and existing customers.
Engage with existing customers to discover new needs involving insurance and financial services.
Handle escalated issues from customer service inquiries.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
Requirements:
Previous customer service or sales experience required
Currently licensed in Property and Casualty Insurance
Previous State Farm experience required
Proactive in problem solving
Ability to work in a team environment
Must be available to work the following schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, No Weekends
