As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Doreen Cannon - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Must have prior insurance experience. Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving measurable results. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Property/Casualty license (required). Prior State Farm experience required.
