Position Overview: Are you an outgoing, customer-focused individual who enjoys engaging with the public? If so, a career with a State Farm independent contractor agent might be the perfect fit for you! Our agents exclusively market State Farm insurance and financial service products.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing follow-up as needed.
Educate customers about their insurance options using a customer-focused, needs-based approach.
Generate leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and offer the right products and services.
Requirements:
Passion for marketing products and services based on customer needs
Excellent communication skills in written, verbal, and listening formats
Friendly and people-oriented personality
Strong attention to detail
Proactive problem-solving abilities
Ability to learn and use computer functions
Team player with the ability to work well in a team environment
Bilingual in Spanish
