ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Opened in May 2023, our agency is growing quickly with a team of four and big goals ahead. Led by a Harding University graduate with a background in accounting, finance, and hands-on experience as a former Agent Aspirant, we bring both professionalism and approachability to our work.
Our office culture is business casual and laid-back—we don’t take ourselves too seriously, but we show up each day ready to work hard and take great care of our policyholders. We’re currently looking to add someone with prior sales experience who’s ready to jump in and grow with us.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Brayden Shelby - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
