Come join our sales team as our new Sales Assistant! In this role, you will be an integral part of our operations, ensuring the smooth running of our sales efforts. From scheduling client meetings to delivering exceptional customer experiences, your contribution will be vital.

As our Sales Assistant, you will handle a diverse range of tasks with professionalism and enthusiasm. You will work closely with a Sales Account Manager and Customer Service Rep, supporting them in driving new business results. While they focus on sales, you will take care of the important details. Some of your specific responsibilities will include:

• Completing post-sales activities, such as collecting necessary documents, updating customer records, and fulfilling discount requirements with customers.
• Overseeing the onboarding process for new customers, including mailing Welcome Kits, creating customer files, completing online registrations, and setting up billing.
• Managing inbound sales calls and providing call back information to the sales manager.
• Handling customer service calls and directing them to the Service Team.
• Scheduling quoting appointments with potential customers for our partner sales representative.
• Printing, mailing, emailing, and texting quotes to prospective customers.
• Assisting sales leadership with research and reporting for client prospecting and other sales metrics.

To excel in this role, we are looking for someone who is eager to learn, possesses a great attitude, and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are a must, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency are also essential qualities.
