ROLE DESCRIPTION: We are looking for a team member with attention to detail, great customer service skills, and a desire to help people protect those things that are important to them. You will grow your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members we support and serve. RESPONSIBILITIES: Establish customer relationships and use good communication to follow up with customers as needed. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening Organizational skills Self-motivated Detail oriented Proactive in problem solving Dedicated to customer service Able to learn computer functions Ability to work in a team environment Ability to multi-task Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain) Life and Health license (must be able to obtain) BENEFITS: Hourly plus commission/bonus Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm work schedule 15 paid personal time off days/year (vacation and personal/sick days) Paid federal holidays off Health benefits Growth potential/Opportunity for advancement within my office Signing bonus for pre-licensed professionals Holiday Parties and Team Fun Activities Parental Leave Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
