ROLE DESCRIPTION: As a customer service representative, you are vital to our daily business operations and clients’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between clients needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our clients by proactively marketing relevant products and services and educating our clients on their benefits. You will also help maintain our relationship with our current clients. This is a unique combination of sales and service, showcasing your talents in both worlds!

Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
Promote successful and long-lasting client relations.
