ROLE DESCRIPTION: As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Ezra Teshome - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
Marketing activities including social media management and event planning.
Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Appointment setting and sales follow up calls.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Previous customer service or sales experience preferred.
Previous State Farm or insurance experience preferred but not required.
