ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with BJ Nagle Sate Farm, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with the agent and other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
  • Resolve customer concerns.
  • Set customer appointments.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
