ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with Milton Wright State Farm, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Connect customers with State Farm claims and follow up with them.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Enjoys working directly with people and has a servant leader focus.
  • Pays close attention to details and an active listener.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Embraces coaching and receiving instruction to enhance performance.
  • Obtain and maintain required licenses to perform duties of the position.
