RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up and exceptional customer service.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
  • Follow established processes and maintain accurate records.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must have or be willing to obtain a Florida Professional Customer Service Representative license.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Critical thinker with high emotional intelligence.
  • Self-motivated, punctual, and driven to succeed.
  • Proficient in basic computer systems and Microsoft Office.
