RESPONSIBILITIES
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Able to obtain Property and Casualty Licenses prior to beginning employment and become proficient in our insurance products to provide exceptional support to our customers.
Excellent communication skills-written, verbal and listening.
People and detail oriented with high level of energy for your career.
Proficient computer skills working in Microsoft Office and utilizing several different proprietary insurance software programs.
Some sales or customer service experience preferred but not required.
Able to work independently and as a team.
