As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support through phone, email, and in-person interactions. Your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving inquiries efficiently, and supporting our team with administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly.

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing questions, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally
  • Stay on track and manage incoming calls, emails, and walk-ins with a positive and helpful attitude
  • Maintain accurate customer records and assist with order processing and follow-ups
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and contribute ideas
  • Support general office administration to ensure a well-organized work environment
