RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Conduct policy changes
- Quote intake for P&C
- Build customer relationships and drive retention through product reviews
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- P&C license preferred
- Spanish Speaker required
***ALL COMMISSIONS AND BONUSES ARE IN ADDITION TO BASE PAY
Compensation: $33,000.00 - $37,000.00 per year
