ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
With over 35 years of experience in the insurance industry, Ive built a career rooted in service, consistency, and growth. I started working for State Farm while in college and officially opened my own agency in 2000. Since then, Ive proudly served our community from the same location for 25 years. I hold a Bachelor's degree from the University of Akron, a Chartered Financial Consultant designation from the American College of Financial Services, and am Series 6 licensedbringing a depth of financial knowledge to the agency.

Our office is small but mighty, currently a team of three and looking to grow by one or two more. We have a loyal and close-knit culture where having fun, delivering exceptional service, and building lasting client relationships are at the heart of what we do. Our team is competitive, customer-centric, and always striving to growqualities that helped us earn the #1 multiple line agency award in our five-state zone. Outside the office, my family and I are active in a Christian-based charitable organization and heavily involved in supporting local high school sports and nonprofits.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jared Swank - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
