ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jeremy Mast - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
Assist with incoming calls and processing payments.
Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Must be willing to obtain a Property/Casualty insurance license.
Ideal candidate will be able to work M-F 12pm-5pm

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
