ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a team member with Michael Haller's State Farm, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Your primary job responsibility will be customer service, but you will also be required to write policies as they are requested.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Write policies as requested

QUALIFICATIONS:

Communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Previous customer service and/or experience preferred.
Licensed in property and casualty is preferred but you must succeed in acquiring your license if you aren't already.

Compensation: $40,000.00 per year

We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
Our office is located in Fuquay Varina.
Our office is open Mon - Fri 8:30 - 5.
I have been a State Farm agent since 2007.
We currently have 4 team members at our agency.
