RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service regarding insurance coverages, policy changes, claims and billing clarifications
  • Have fun using social media and sponsoring local marketing events to promote our agency
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Dedicated to proactive customer service
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • Detail oriented
  • Proactive in problem solving
  • Able to learn computer functions
  • Ability to work in a team environment
