Were currently looking for a Customer Management Specialistsomeone who is licensed in Property & Casualty insurance and thrives in a supportive, detail-focused, service-driven role.

Duties

• Proactively manage and support our existing book of business
• Contact clients regarding past-due payments, cancellations, and coverage updates
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date policy and customer records
• Resolve billing or coverage issues quickly and efficiently
• Communicate clearly and kindly with clients via phone, text, and email
• Collaborate with the team to improve retention and client experience

Qualifications

• Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is highly desirable, particularly in Spanish.
• Active California Property & Casualty License (Required)
• At least 1 year of insurance or customer service experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail youll be catching and fixing the little things
• Initiative and accountability youre not afraid to take ownership
• A comfort with stepping outside your comfort zone when necessary
• Team player with excellent communication and follow-through
• Sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
