Previous experience working with Insurance systems and a CA property & casualty insurance license is required for this job.  You will also need to obtain a life/health license within 60 days and must reside in CA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
