We’re currently looking for a Customer Management Specialist—someone who is licensed in Property & Casualty insurance and thrives in a supportive, detail-focused, service-driven role.
Duties
Proactively manage and support our existing book of business
Contact clients regarding past-due payments, cancellations, and coverage updates
Maintain accurate and up-to-date policy and customer records
Resolve billing or coverage issues quickly and efficiently
Communicate clearly and kindly with clients via phone, text, and email
Collaborate with the team to improve retention and client experience
Qualifications
Bilingual or multilingual proficiency, particularly in Spanish (Required)
Active California Property & Casualty License (Required)
At least 1 year of insurance or customer service experience preferred
Strong attention to detail – you’ll be catching and fixing the little things
Initiative and accountability – you’re not afraid to take ownership
A comfort with stepping outside your comfort zone when necessary
Team player with excellent communication and follow-through
Sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
