What You'll Be Doing:

Helping people: Provide exceptional service to clients, both new and existing - making sure they get the best coverage for their needs
Building relationships: Use your bilingual skills (Spanish and English) to connect with a wide range of clients and provide tailored insurance solutions
Selling with heart: Educate customers on our insurance products and how they help protect what matters most in their lives
Keeping it real: Answer client questions, solve problems, and offer personalized insurance advice
Having fun: Work in a supportive and vibrant team environment where every day brings something new!

What We're Looking For:

Bilingual? YES! Spanish and English skills are a must
People person: You love meeting new people, chatting with customers, and building lasting relationships
Motivated: You're driven to succeed, and you love the challenge of sales (or you're ready to learn!)
Tech-savvy: Comfortable using digital tools to manage tasks and stay organized

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
Our office is located in Waldorf, and now our second location is located in Upper Marlboro.
