Job Description:
As a Customer Service, you serve as the first touch point and go-to for both new and existing customers that are searching for insurance coverage. Your main duties will include, but not limited to the following:

  1. Possess the ability to update and educate your customers on the various insurance options that will best fit their unique needs.
  2. Direct contribution to the success of the Agency by providing superb customer service to both new and existing clients.
  3. Ability to identify clients needs and elevate concerns to the appropriate department, when warranted.
  4. Always conduct yourself professionally with both internal and external stakeholders and clients.
  5. Answer any/all customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  6. Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions.

Requirements:
We are looking for individuals with excellent customer service skills that will strive to communicate effectively and professionally with both internal team members and external customers. Individuals that are self-motivated and have the ability to problem solve efficiently and will work well both on a team and individually. Our ideal applicant would demonstrate the following skills:

  1. Property and Casualty State License is required.
  2. Preferably 3-5 years experience in customer service-related roles.
  3. Passionate about helping others by contributing to improving the lives of your customers.
  4. Be willing and able to adapt to changes.
  5. Goal oriented mindset.

HOURS
Monday-Friday 9AM - 5PM.

This position is with a local State Farm Agent, not with Corporate. All employees must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. Agents are independent owners who hire their own employees. Agents employees are not employees of any corporate entity.
