RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Be the friendly voice on the other end of the phone (or text) answering customer inquiries and sharing policy info like a boss.
  • Help customers make updates to their policiesbecause life happens, and were here to help them roll with it.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up like the rockstar you are.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, because organization is key (and because nobody wants to play guess the policy).
QUALIFICATIONS


  • Youre a people-person with amazing communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Youve got an eye for detail and can juggle tasks like a circus performer (minus the tightrope).
  • Previous customer service experience is great, but if youve got the right attitude, were happy to train you!
