Kelly Hagar State Farm is seeking a dependable and personable Customer Service Representative to support our clients and ensure they receive top-tier care and guidance. As the first point of contact for policyholders, you will play a vital role in maintaining strong relationships, resolving inquiries efficiently, and helping clients feel confident and supported. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to build a long-term career in the insurance industry.

What Youll Do


  • Provide exceptional service by answering phone calls, responding to emails, and assisting walk-in clients with insurance questions and policy updates.
  • Handle policy changes, billing inquiries, document requests, and follow-up communications with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Support the sales team by identifying customer needs and offering additional products or services when appropriate.
  • Maintain detailed and organized client records in our agencys CRM system.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client concerns quickly and positively.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay current on product knowledge and agency procedures.

What Were Looking For


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in customer service, administration, or client-facing roles is preferred.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a dynamic environment.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, email, and standard office software.
  • A positive attitude, team spirit, and a desire to help people.
  • Willingness to pursue a Property & Casualty license, if not already licensed.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year (based on experience and licensing status)
