As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jim Tom - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
Responsibilities:
Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Supporting the team with marketing efforts and community outreach
Develop prospective clients
Participating in ongoing training to develop your sales and service skills
What you possess:
Previous experience in a similar role preferred
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Strong work ethics
Insurance Licenses (Property & Casualty and Life & Health)  must possess or acquire asap
