About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our State Farm insurance agency. Our agency prides itself on delivering personalized service in a supportive and team-oriented environment. This role serves as the frontline contact for customers, providing professional and efficient service. The successful candidate will be required to obtain a Georgia Property & Casualty insurance license, with training and support provided.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Respond to inbound calls, assist walk-in clients, and manage customer communications professionally
  • Update and maintain insurance policies, including vehicle, drivers, and coverage changes
  • Process payments and provide proof of insurance to clients
  • Transfer calls to the appropriate claims or sales team members as needed
  • Conduct policy reviews with existing customers to ensure coverage meets their needs
  • Assist with applications and send appointment reminders
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Supporting various administrative tasks
Qualifications:
  • Must obtain GA Property & Casualty insurance license
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Basic computer proficiency
