ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with Claudia Alarcon State Farm, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Process billing Inquires, payments, and reinstatements.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow all agency compliance procedure.
  • Participate in team training and contribute to smooth office operations
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Active California Property and Casualty License
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Organized reliable and detail oriented
  • Insurance experience preferred (but not required)
  • Bilingual English/ Spanish preferred
