ROLE DESCRIPTION: As a Customer Service Representative with the Kevin Grall Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.

Assist customers with policy changes and updates.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have Property & Casualty License for Wisconsin.

Detail-oriented and able to multitask.

Communication and interpersonal skills.
