Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member will play a crucial role in enhancing our client relationships and ensuring a positive experience. This position involves assisting clients with their insurance needs, answering inquiries, and supporting the agent in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be friendly, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping others.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to clients and prospects through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Assist clients in understanding their insurance policies and coverage options.
Process policy changes, claims, and payments accurately and efficiently.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and retention.
Support the State Farm agent in marketing initiatives and outreach efforts.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Stay informed about State Farm products, services, and industry trends to effectively assist clients.
Collaborate with team members to achieve overall agency goals and objectives.
Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
100% onsite position.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficient in using computer systems and software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
Insurance license (or willingness to obtain one) is preferred but not required.
