ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Team Member with Courtney Bryan State Farm, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. QUALIFICATIONS: Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred. Bilingual Spanish. Compensation: $25.00 per hour

We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance. Our office is located in Blauvelt, NY. Our office is open Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM. Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member. I am a third generation State Farm agent. We currently have 3 team members at our agency. Additional languages spoken: Spanish
