ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a customer service representative for Jason Bridwell Insurance Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You can help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations by acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Provide information about insurance products and services
Assist customers with policy transactions and renewal
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and able to multitask
Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
REQUIREMENTS
Must be willing to obtain an insurance license (we will provide all training necessary)
Must be willing to travel to other towns occasionally
Must have basic computer skills
About the position:
This is a customer-based position. Answering phone calls, helping people that come into the office, answering coverage questions. Our office is a very positive environment, but it is very fast paced, must be able to work efficiently and diligently.
