ROLE DESCRIPTION: As a Spanish speaking  customer service representatice, with State Farm Insurance, office of Brian Clark's office, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bi-Lingual Spanish Have a current California P&C insurance license or obtain prior to starting Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
