If you bring strong customer service or sales experience—and an active Property & Casualty (P&C) license —this role offers a stable, rewarding career path in insurance. You’ll deliver excellent service, support retention, and pivot to in-book sales (cross-sell/upsell) when appropriate to better protect our clients.
What You’ll Do
Serve and Support: Respond promptly and professionally to policy, billing, and claims inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Process & Document: Handle policy changes/endorsements and maintain accurate, compliant records in the CRM/ECRM.
Retention Focus: Conduct renewal check-ins, coverage reviews, and proactive outreach to strengthen relationships.
In-Book Sales/Pivoting: During service interactions, identify coverage gaps and recommend additional lines (e.g., Auto, Home and Life/Health where licensed); generate quotes and close or seamlessly hand off to a producer.
Collaborate: Work closely with agents and teammates to deliver smooth, end-to-end client experiences.
Quality & Compliance: Follow carrier and agency procedures, meeting service SLAs and performance metrics.
What You Bring
Active P&C license (required). Life & Health is a plus (or willingness to obtain).
Customer service or sales experience with insurance industry experience required .
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, solutions-oriented mindset.
Strong organization and attention to detail; comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Tech-savvy with CRM/ECRM and common office tools.
