ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative-State Farm Agent Team Member with a State Farm Insurance Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Build productive relationships to create a pool of prospective insurance clients from various sources
  • Evaluate business or individual customers needs and financial status and propose protection plans that meet their criteria
  • Work with clients to deliver risk management strategies that fit their insurance risk profiles
  • Constantly update our database and records
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Current or recent insurance customer service/sales experience preferred.
  • Positive attitude - Coachable
  • Strong work ethics
  • Ability to constantly update job knowledge and learn about new insurance products and services
  • Insurance Licenses (Property & Casualty and Life & Health required
  • Overall total comp for this role is based on candidates insurance experience, licenses, skillset, education
